I offer and facilitate shamanic journeying. I help you to quiet your own mind so you can go within to find answers. I will be providing the environment and support for you to make it easier.
I facilitate this through music and sound, drum and rattles. I’ll help navigate you through other worlds and dimensions. Traditionally people work with the Upper, Lower and Middle world, though through my path as a Huna I have discovered that those no longer apply in the traditional sense. For example the Lower world no longer exists. It has been ’upgraded’ to the second dimension. We live in a different time now. So I blend my knowledge and wisdom from my teachings and knowledge as a Huna with my shamanic practice and are being guided by Spirit, My Higher Self and yours as well in order to provide the best possible outcome and journey for you. You are encouraged to bring a journal and write down anything that you experience so you won’t forget.
Shamanic Journeying can be a tool for spiritual growth. It can also be used as a tool for healing, retrieving information and working through psychological issues. When you journey, you are able to communicate on a spiritual level.
It allows one to access intuitive and instinctual information that is often blocked by ego and unexamined beliefs and assumptions of our culture.
Tapping into the larger field of the non-ordinary reality, the traveler can find new ways to understand any situation, resolve different inner and external conflicts and also access information.
In journeying you can get inspirations and insights on your purpose of life, you can access personal healing. You can also meet your own personal power animal or spirit guide and get information from them. The traveler can also examine the health of their body or another’s body.
After the journey, you interpret the meaning of your trance experience.
You enter into a trance state.
In Shamanic Journeying you enter a trance state ~ an altered state of consciousness beyond time and space and travel to other realms of reality. This allows the traveler to view life and life’s challenges from a spiritual perspective. Journeying is a way of communicating with your inner self – or spirit self and hereby retrieving information. Your inner self is in constant communication with all aspects of your environment, both seen and unseen. You can journey within to find answers to your questions. It is most effective to have a question in mind from the beginning.
This is a process that can empower you to find wholeness, balance and harmony in your work and personal life.
When you journey you shift awareness or consciousness in order to allow part of your soul or essence to leave the body.
The drum provides an effective way to induce this trance state. Transported and guided by the beats of the drum, the shamanic traveler journeys to the inner realms of consciousness. The sound of the drum makes it possible for humans to communicate with the spirits of nature. Drumming opens the inner, spiritual ears and eyes and calls the helping spirits.
The elders, shamans, medicine men- and women believe that this kind of communication is possible, because the entire universe exists within the human consciousness.
The journey is achieved by a person’s intent.
When journeying we are often assisted by our power animals or spirit guides and teachers. Shamanic cultures believe that we are all born with one or more power animals, that are our protectors and guardians. All our power animals, spirit helpers and guides are there either for a reason a season or a lifetime. The spirit guides can take form as ancestors, gods, goddesses etc. They will assist you on your journey.
When you journey, it is important to open up to all of your senses and relax and take exactly what comes to you. You don’t change it. What you receive can be smells, you can sense things or you just know.
When journeying, we have complete control of where we go and also who and what we communicate with. We also control when we want to come back. The important thing is to have a CLEAR INTENTION of what you want to know and then be open to what you receive and experience.
Trust the process!
